It is essential that the operatives of a security system are fully conservant with its functions and follow the procedures required to maximise its efficiency and effectiveness.
Training of these personnel in the use of the equipment, combined with an understanding of its integration into the working practice of the establishment, is therefore extremely important.
CITADEL encourages the on site training of client's staff during the commisioning of a project to familiarise them with its workings. Further additional training by CITADEL's Support Teams can be arranged to maintain standards and introduce new practices.
