Detailed with each client proposal are recommendations in line with both manufacturers maintenance schedules and the related industry standards. With maintenance plans designed to prevent disruption and engineers trained and qualified to solve problems, CITADEL has become a market leader in system support.
The take-over of existing systems involves set procedures, including documenting the system(s) and logging all information for the client's future use.
To compliment our service department CITADEL hold a comprehensive stock of spares, ensuring the rapid repair or replacement of any system component.
